A Word From Caregivers Today Head Case
Manager
 Hi!
My name is Vicki, head Case Manager for Caregivers Today. I am
the person who comes into your home to perform your intake and
develop a Plan of Care for you or your parent. Having 19 years+
working with seniors as a caregiver, I know the problems
families face when they are wondering how to best serve their
parents with compassion when infirmities begin to take over
bodies and minds. I am a die-hard advocate for keeping our aging
population happy and comfortable within their own homes and
familiar surroundings. Our caregivers are trained to work with
your loved one in all areas, and they are talented,
compassionate and friendly people. Another part of my job here
is to oversee the caregivers, answer their questions, and
accompany them into your home when they first begin to work for
you. You will already know me, so I can help the caregiver and
you get to know each other and what your likes and dislikes are.
I then make visits (normally once a month) to see how things are
going. Communication between our company, our clients and their
caregivers is vital to a good in-home care agency. I enjoy my
position in this company and meeting all the folks that put
their trust in our caregivers and in us!

Services
Caregivers Today, LLC is the ideal solution for elderly or disabled individuals who want to maintain
their independence and dignity by continuing to live in the comfort of their own homes. Our companions
make their lives easier by performing many of the tasks which have become difficult and tiring.
Companions may provide a wide array of services, including:
- Companionship/Care (24 hour live-in care available)
- A thorough, personalized care plan tailored to client needs
- Caregiver/client outings
- Transportation Services (i.e. Dr. appt., beauty shop, etc.)
- Personal care (aid in dressing, grooming, etc.) & hygiene
- Preparing and serving meals according to client's dietary
needs
- Shopping and performing other household errands
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Reminding clients to take their medication
- Supervising ambulation and helping to prevent falls
- Helping with correspondence to family and friends
- Providing socialization, friendship and support for the client
- Going on walks and encouraging and participating in stimulating activities
- Respite for family caregivers
- Limited pet care
*Companions are available for day and night shifts.
Caregivers Today, LLC recognizes the fact that certain illnesses and afflictions are more common
to seniors. Therefore, we provide special training to our caregivers on communicating
with persons who have Alzheimer’s and related
Dementia, Hearing Loss and Aphasia,
which ensures a higher level of care for our clients. If nursing or full home healthcare
services become necessary, we can refer you to an appropriate home health care agency.
